County Executive David Crowley and Supervisor Steve F. Taylor was in Oak Creek today discussing the recent approval of 50 affordable homes to be built in the community. It’s the first-ever affordable housing subdivision in a Milwaukee County suburb. Homes will be 1,200 sq ft and priced between $225,000-250,000 for eligible buyers.
The City of Oak Creek Government lauded the numerous partnerships taking place to make this project happen, including using students from Oak Creek High School’s Knight Construction to help build the homes.
This subdivision will be located close to the lakefront near the intersection of South Chicago Road and East American Avenue. #development #oakcreek #housing #AffordableHousing
